Regional Sales Manager (Western U.S.)
The Opportunity
Enduro Pipeline Services is a leader in the Pipeline Inspection Industry, providing integrity solutions for the pipeline community in North America and beyond. Our specialty services include advanced intelligent in-line MFL inspection incorporating multiple high-definition technology-based tools, caliper surveys, GIS solutions, and a full line of pipeline cleaning tools.
As a result of our continued organic growth, we are expanding our outside sales force and seeking a full-time Western Region Sales Representative to join our team, based on the West Coast of the United States.
Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential clients. You will meet with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Your main duties will include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts, and keeping clients informed about Enduro’s new products, tool updates, and product features.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement effective strategies to expand, retain, and build new and existing customer relationships, resulting in sales growth in the Western United States.
- Identify prospective customers, follow up on potential sales leads, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Demonstrate sound technical knowledge to provide effective solutions and presentations.
- Report weekly and monthly sales activity and progress to management.
- Communicate with Sales Management and Operations to ensure customer service requirements are met safely, timely, and cost-efficiently.
- Lead new business development by identifying markets for company products and services.
- Work with Sales Management and Operations to establish pricing that aligns with market conditions and financial objectives.
- Network within the industry to stay informed of activity relevant to Enduro’s business.
- Travel approximately 50–75% of the time.
- Promote the company within the community through active participation in industry and social events.
- Take direction, ask questions, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Qualifications / Requirements
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
- Proven sales experience with natural gas utilities and liquid pipeline companies in the U.S. strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline and close deals.
- Ethical sales approach, dedicated to integrity in all aspects of work.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills — in-person, by phone, and through virtual meetings.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently while making sound business decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and active listening.
- Excellent relationship-building and client service skills.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and sales achievement record.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with minimal supervision.
- Previous CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience is a plus.
Required Education and/or Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred but not required.
- Five or more years of successful sales experience in acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts (B2B), preferably within the pipeline inspection industry.
- Five or more years of experience in ILI and pigging product sales.
Other Requirements
- Must reside on the western side of the United States.
- Frequent travel; prolonged periods of driving or air travel required.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Compensation: Negotiable
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

ILI Field Technician (Tulsa, OK)
The Opportunity
Our specialty services include advanced intelligent in line inspection MFL services incorporating multiple 4K high-definition technology based tools, caliper surveys, GIS solutions and various pipeline cleaning tools. As a result of our continued growth and commitment we are in need of several exceptional, realiable experienced ILI Field Technicians in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Position Summary
This full-time position is responsible for working onsite with our clients to deploy and operate our specially designed tools to clean and inspect pipelines. Learn about Enduro’s In-line inspection (ILI) processes and services through field on-the-job and formal inhouse training. This individual is required to acquire the necessary knowledge to become competent in Enduro’s Field Technician services and prepare for level 1, 2 & 3 certifications. Extensive travel is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of field reports and required customer-based paperwork.
- Ensures the timely completion of field work paperwork.
- Become familiar with Enduro’s ILI equipment, including cleaning equipment, tracking, troubleshooting, repairing, QC procedures and maintenance to ensure quality, accuracy from ILI tools.
- Perform tasks as required by upper management.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous ILI Field Technician Experience required, of at least 2 years.
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol Test – this is a Federal Safety Sensitive position testing is mandatory and required, our Contractors have a Zero Tolerance Policy.
- Pass a Background Check and have a Valid Driver’s license.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
Completion of jobs according to regulations, safety and Enduro quality requirements
- Keeps abreast of ILI regulations to assist certified technicians in completing ILI projects
- Completes ILI projects according to Enduro operating guidelines.
- Follows procedures that reduce risk and increase efficiency regarding cleaning equipment, tracking, repairing of Enduro equipment and maintenance to ensure quality, accuracy of data collection from the pipeline.
Professionalism and Career Progression
- Works towards ILI Field Technician certifications.
- Acquires knowledge of Enduro and industry-standard data collection and analysis.
- Analyze field data and interpret basic pipeline features for field reports.

ILI Field Technician (Calgary, Alberta, CA)

Position Summary
As an Enduro ILI Field Technician you will be working within a team-oriented environment to assemble, maintain, and operate pipeline inspection tools to provide quality service to our valued customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and timely completion of field work reports.
- Become familiar with Enduro’s inspection equipment, including cleaning equipment, tracking, troubleshooting, repairing, QC procedures and maintenance to ensure quality and accuracy from inspection tools.
- Assist certified technicians in completing field projects according to customer requirements.
- Complete inspection projects according to Enduro operating guidelines.
- Acquire knowledge of Enduro and industry-standard data collection and analysis.
- Learn to analyze field data and interpret basic pipeline features for field reports.
- Ability to address customer concerns and be a critical thinker in the field.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Diploma or technical certification preferred
- Able to legally work in Canada and travel to United States

- Valid driver’s license

- Good time management skills
- Good understanding of Windows and proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Flexible travel and work hours (~50%)
