• Enduro introduces new Non-Intrusive Pig Sensor

Enduro Pipeline Services has introduced the Non-Intrusive Pig Sensor (N.I.P.S.), a pig sensor to detect a change in the magnetic field as a pig is run through a pipeline and passes under the unit, to its range of products.

The system includes a N.I.P.S unit, batteries, instruction card and a high-impact carry case.

Enduro has designed the Non-Intrusive Pig Sensor to detect a change in the magnetic field as a pig runs through a pipeline and under the unit. Each NIPS is equipped with a strong rare earth magnet on the base that attaches directly to the pipe. It is a simple, lightweight, portable and cost-effective unit destined to be your next piece of standard tracking equipment.

“We understand the need of having a portable pig sensor, easy to use in a what can be a challenging environment,” Enduro Pipeline Services President Dwane Laymon said. “Customers can be confident this unit will give them the results they have come to expect from the Enduro line of tracking products at an affordable price”.

Enduro will be displaying the N.I.P.S unit at the Pipeline Pigging and Integrity Management Conference (PPIM) in Houston, Texas.
